Part II ~ Lesson 6 of 6 – Seals, Trumpets and Vials

The Sequence of Endtime Events

Equipping God's Saints (Believers of Christ) through the prophecies of the End Times …

Is is vital to know that our salvation is Bible based. We cannot be sign based or miracle based.

When the whole world watches on TV as this man pulls fire out of the sky from heaven, that is going to influence a huge amount of people. They will follow him and do what he tells them to do. Most of the people will say to him, “What must I do to be saved?” They are going to follow him ~ BUT ~ HE IS THE FALSE PROPHET. The passage says even the kings of the earth will do what he says, as a result of these miracles.

This False Prophet is bringing them down and making them come against Jerusalem. It's really interesting that the whole world's focus is presently on Jerusalem. The world is telling Israel that they cannot keep Jerusalem as their capital. The devil is who is involved in all this and most of us don't even have a clue. It is very interesting to watch how all this will play out.

Still between the 6^th and 7^th Vials, Revelation 16:15 tells us:

“Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.”

This scripture is like a last minute warning. You're right before the Battle of Armageddon and suddenly God says:

“Behold, I come as a thief … Watch and keep your garments, lest you walk naked, and they see your shame.”

People have an opportunity to repent right up until the 7^th Vial is about to be poured out because the next verse, Revelation 16:16 says:

“And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.”

The last minute warning is right before the Day of the Lord; right before the pouring out of the final Vial. But notice, His coming has not happened yet, at the beginning of the Battle of Armageddon. It says:

“Behold, I come as a thief … “

Since His coming doesn't take place until after this point, most of the people will not believe this is the Battle of Armageddon. Only those people who are tuned into Bible prophecy are going to realize what is happening. The rest of the world is going to believe, “This is just another UN action ... Israel has it coming ... Israel has been thumbing her nose at the UN for the past 45 years ... We're going to go down to Israel and do what the U.S. did to Saddam Hussein … It's about time ... Israel won't sign the nuclear non-peripheration treaty … they won't do this … They won't do that … “

They will not know they are moving into the Battle of Armageddon. Then, Revelation 16:17 says:

“And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying It is done.”

We have already studied the 7^th Vial in detail, but in summary, it will have:

• Great earthquake
• Islands fled away
• Mountains not foundation
• God's Wrath
• Great voice from temple in heaven
• Great hail

Following is a chart that shows how all this fits together where all 7 Vials are concerned:

The 7^th Vial is like the grand finale on the 4^th of July fireworks. It's almost like God is saying, “You want to see me in all my glory? You want to see me in all of my majesty? Here it is.”

Now we are going to review the 7 Vials, 7 Trumpets and 7 Seals and then we will put them all together in one, harmonized timeline:

7 Vials

1. Sores on those who take Mark
2. Sea becomes blood
3. Rivers, fountains become blood
4. Men scorched by sun
5. Darkness fills Satan's kingdom
6. Euphrates River dries up
7. Armageddon

7 Trumpets

1. World War I (?)
2. World War II

5. Gulf War: Saddam Hussein
6. War that kills “third part of men”

7 Seals

Now let's put it all out here and see how it all meshes together:

This timeline brings together the Seals, Trumpets and Vials. The first 4 Seals cover several hundreds of years. We are not absolutely sure when each, Catholicism, Communism, Capitalism and Islam actually came into affect, but we know Catholicism may have begun as early as 325 AD and all were established by the beginning of the 20^th Century.

Where are we right now on this timeline? I believe we are currently between the 6^th and 7^th Trumpet. Every single prophecy in the Bible WILL come to pass. Some people believe we are already into World War III. Others believe it is just around the corner. We don't know for sure, but it WILL come to pass.

Most people don't think in terms of Seals, Trumpets and Vials when they think of the time of the end. Most people think in a term called “Daniel's 70^th Week”, The Final 7 Years. How does the Final 7 Years relate to the Seals, Trumpets and Vials?

All this harmonizes together because the Final 7 Year period is prophecied in Daniel 9:27. It talks about the Confirmation of the Covenant which triggers this final 7 year period. We won't go through it here because we discussed the Confirmation of the Covenant in depth in my posting titled, “ Israel - God's Prophetic Timeclock”. But you will remember that the timeline for the Confirmation of the Covenant to the Abomination of Desolation where the Great Tribulation begins is 3 ½ years and then 3 ½ years to the end of the Tribulation:

Coming up, we will establish the timing of the Confirmation of the Covenant, the timing of the Abomination of Desolation, and see how these 2 events relate to the Seals, Trumpets and Vials.

This will really help you because most people think in terms of this 7 year period and how everything fits in. Whereas, we have been talking in terms of Seals, Trumpets and Vials, we will now be able to bring these things together. We will bring this all together with the Great Tribulation, the Wrath of Satan and when the 7^th Trumpet begins to blow.

Now that we have the base of understanding the structure of the Book of Revelation, we understand how all the Seals, Trumpets and Vials all relate to one another, we are now in a position where we can go deeper into the Book of Revelation and establish more of the timing.

The Sequence of End Time Events is something we all need to understand. We are there right now. We can't tell you for sure when, but we could enter into Daniel's 70^th Week in the next few months. I will show you why I think it is that close.
