Part 1 – World War III

Equipping God's Saints (Believers of Christ) through the prophecies of the End Times …

In our previous lessons, we have learned some foundations of the prophecies of Daniel and Revelations. We will soon take these foundations and put them all together and build on them. So far we have learned where the USA is in the Bible, who the 4 Beasts of the Daniel Prophecies are, and what the 4 Horseman of the Apocalypse are. This leads us to the prophecy of World War III.

The question is not if there is going to be a World War III. It is prophesied in your Bible so it is a definite. The question is WHEN will it be? This will be the biggest World War, ever. The prophecy is found in Revelation 9:15 where it states:

“Then the four angels who had been prepared for this hour and day and month and year were turned loose to kill one-third of all the people on earth.”

Putting this into prospective, prior to the 20^th century there had never been one war with one million fatalities. Then came World War I (1914-1918) with 8.2 million dead! They established the League of Nations hoping to prevent anything like this from happening again.

20 years later, World War II (1939-1945) with 52 million dead! We founded the United Nations in hopes of preventing anything like this from happening again.

Your Bible tells you that this is not the end of the wars. There will be yet another war with not 8.2 million dead; not 52 million dead; but 2.2 BILLION dead...1/3 of the earth's population!

We don't know exactly when this could happen, but the end time signs in the Bible are pointing to the fact that we are on the very edge of it right now. It could happen yet this year.

This we know... We had 6000 years of human history with not one war with over 1 million dead. Then we reach 1914-1918 – 8.2 million dead. Then 1939-1945 – 52 million dead. The next war, World War III will be 2.2 Billion dead!

In this time when mankind is more educated than he has ever been, the knowledge base is doubling and multiplying every two years, it seems that the only thing we are getting smarter at is killing people. Divorce rates are up, suicide rates are up, the jails are fuller than they have ever been. The only thing we are getting better at is killing people. It's a very serious time in the history of the human race.

The Bible tells us where World War III will begin from. Back to the 6^th Trumpet Prophecy in Revelation 9:13-15:

“Then the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden alter which is before God, saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet release the four angels who are bound in the great river Euphrates so the four angels who had been prepared for this hour, and day, and month, and year were released to kill a third of mankind.”

The River Euphrates is over in the Middle East and these angels were bound in the Euphrates River. The Bible tells us that angels are Spirits. They are ministering Spirits to us who are the heirs of salvation. But these angels are not “good” angels. The Bible also tells us that 1/3 of the angels rebelled with Satan and so 1/3 of the angels are “evil” angels. These are part of those “evil” angels. We know this because these angels are “bound” in the great river Euphrates. When they are loosed, their assignment is to kill 1/3 of mankind.

The Euphrates River starts in Turkey. It then comes down through Syria. It enters the northern boundry of Iraq and empties into the Persian Gulf.

60-70% of the Euphrates River being in Iraq and coming within 50 miles of Iran is where we, the USA, have troups stationed at this very moment. War has been raging up and down the Euphrates River since 2003 – since we invaded Iraq.

The Bible says this is where World War III is imminent from. If that is true, it appears that it's probably on the brink of starting, if it hasn't already started. We have the conflict with Iran brewing. We have the war continuing in Iraq. Even though they are trying to tell us it's about over, there are still bombings going on there everyday. Then all the way up through that area, we have Afghanistan and Pakistan. The Bible prophesies that World War III will begin from this area of the world.

It will probably not be contained there because in order to kill 2.2 billion people, you have to reach a large part of the world where there is a total of 6.8 billion people. So the question is, “Who will be involved in this war?”

We know that Mao Tse Tung, the late leader of China, boasted in his diary that he could field an army of 200 million. Interestingly enough, Revelation 9:16 states:

“Now the number of the army of the horsemen was two hundred million: and I heard the number of them.”

It's pretty incredible that this Godless, Atheist man would just so happen to say the very number that is in this 16^th verse of the 9^th chapter of the Book of Revelation. Does this mean that China will be one of the participants in this war? It's highly likely, but we can't nail that down for sure because there are 2 other entities on this planet right now that could actually also field 200 million soldiers.

We know that the Islamic world has a population of 1.5 billion people. The population of China is about 1.3 billion. So if the Islamic world got together, they could field an army of 200 million. We can't skip over this Islamic faction because the Bible says this war is imminent from the Euphrates River – and – 100%, every inch of the Euphrates River is controlled by Islamic nations right now.

India now has a population of about 1.1 billion people, so India could possibly put together an army of 200 million, even though India isn't as engaged in world affairs as the Islamic faction and as China may be.

The USA will almost for sure be involved in the war since we right today have 145,000 troups fighting up and down the Euphrates River. Beyond this, the USA has the nuclear fire power to kill 2.2 billion people. We are talking 40 times World War II in deaths, so it will take A LOT of armaments to slay that many people. I'm sure World War III will be nuclear.
